Hey Kelly, I bought a kit for my car and it went right on my 58 dodge. I had no trouble installing or with adjustments. My brakes are 150 per cent better. The only mod was I had to shorten my brake pedal rod. Make sure your rod isn't putting pressure on the MC piston. This would cause heat which will result in drag,the hotter thay get the more drag which could warp your rotors. I am very happy with my kit and I hope you can get your to work, I see you changed MC did you use the same MC as came in kit? Good Luck!!!!
