Try taking the pump apart and look for something that jammed it or broken parts. I was able to find a pump in a junk yard. I took it apart and inspected it. It's been working fine since. Also if water or dirt gets in the pump it can wear out the pump a lot faster. I was able to get a new gasket and seal and hoses at NAPA. Good luck.
