in my 59 belvedere the head liner brackets/center rails,with these i was able to slip a three quarterboard between the roof and the rails and used an overhead mounting kit it works great.with the low slung roof,people bend over to look in the interior,they don't even see the roof mount system.oh and yes it does have a removale face of course. charley
