Not disc brakes ,but asimpler idea. Use 63 or 64 Chrysler or Dodge 880 spindles and their big bendix brakes. I did this to a 58 Dodge many years ago and it worked great.Put in a 65-67 full size car rear axle assembly to solve the rear brakes.This will also give you slip off brake drums on the rear.
