Gunner, You will have to options here. The first is to get an "easy-out" and it's attending drill bit. drill the center of the leftover bolt and use the easy-out to remove it. Penetrating oil on the threads prior to drilling will help. A squirt to cool the bolt immediately after drilling will shrink the bolt a bit and aid in loosening it. If this fails, your second option is to drill it out completely and run a tap back into the hole to clean out the old material. Good luck.
