The drums will fit either side. The only difference is the left hand threads on the studs (for left side) and right hand threads on the studs (for the right side). Any full service auto parts that carry Dorman will have the studs. Just knock them out from the outside and drive new ones in from the back side. I always did it to mine just to relieve some of the aggravation.
