Jason - Jack up rear end of car and support it sufficiently with jackstands. Accelerate up to 60/70. If vibration is still there you can rule out front end. Then remove drive shaft and check the large nut that secures the hand brake drum. It might be loose. My 59 was doing same thing yours is and I discovered that nut was loose. After tightening it vibration went away.
