I don't know how original you want to keep your car, Jason, but I ran into the same problem. I couldn't find a N.O.S. assembly at any of the vendors a couple of years ago, so I had the local drive line shop make me an assembly. A flat plate with a conventional U-joint yoke bolts to the rear of the tranny. Then a U-joint, identical to the one at the differential is used. I had them make a new drive shaft tube while they were at it. The entire drive shaft, with the modified front assembly, cost about three hundred dollars, the amount I saw new, complete front U-joint assemblies selling for ten years ago. My car is daily driver, so if you want to keep your car original, I am suggesting this as a last resort. Best wishes for finding what you need!
