Bob....Cam timing events aside (and you could be correct about typo on those two cams in V800), could there be any other reason for a P31-V800 versus an Lp2-V800? Compression ratio? Manual versus automativc option (doubt)? Engine plant (Canada versus US? It is interesting that something that close has two ID badges!
