So you have a replacement steering wheel. So do you know how to remove the old one so as to put on the replacement one? Once you get the wheel off the shaft, you will be able to see the horn/signal equipment. It comes off with a Philips screwdriver. If you are shopping for a new one, try Len Dawson. Send him a letter with the number of the part you need, together with a SASE. He will let you know what he has. Len dawson 1557 Yokeko Drive Anacortes, WA 98221
