My '74 Class A 440 has LY rods. I had thought that the 8-bolt flange 413's WERE indeed compatible with the pre-62 passenger trannies (the 392 Hemi itself ran to 1962 in Industrial applications,complete with the eight-bolt flange). Now if only I knew what year the Industrial 413 changes to the 6-bolt standard flange! I presumed Boyd could tell if his 413 has the 6-bolt flange, since he reads this board often and has seen my/others' post about the flanges....
