I live in central B.C.,Canada and we currently have no snow. A ski resort 2 hrs north in the rockies currently has one foot. Their 25 year average is 42 feet. My lawn is still green and my ski gear is still in the closet. i love winter so i have to ask what's up. i will consider all theories no matter how outrageous or unscientific. I know the truth is out there.
