A 1954 331 intake will physically fit a 392 with 392 heads, albeit the p[ort sizes differ slightly and therefore porting work would need to be done (to the manifold). HOWEVER, the 392 has LONGER port runners in the head than a 331 or 354. Since you have Industrial heads, you have the low-deck "short" ports, and you would need to use port spacers to use these head with a 392 block and any typical Chrysler manifold (divored Dragstars and Hillborn types being excluded). Same would be the case if you used 392 heads on a low-deck 331/354.
