Sounds like a fun drive. I used to get that reaction in my neighborhood when I first started driving mine. I drive my '59 Plymouth year 'round (no road salt in Southern Nevada.) The car no longer receives any special attention on this side of town. And of course, I'm used to being in the car. So when I drive to far away part of the city or to a neighboring suburb, I find myself wondering what the heck everybody is looking at when they react to my '59. Here's to a smooth restoration for your '58! :-)
