I had my 59 Ply bumpers re-chromed at Keystone?North Star. Real nice job. About $300 per bumper. The price depends on the shop you send them out through, each has their own markup. I now have an account set-up with them since I started to re-build wrecks...not just fwdlk.cars Anyone need a low mileage 99 or 2000 Neon?
