Dick, While the clips may only be available from another parts car, you do not need a specail tool to remove the handle from the shaft. Sometimes I use a screwdriver, sometimes a paint can opener from Home Depot. You need to push hard against the panelboard, and you need to "approach" it from the correct angle. Tell me specifically what your trouble is and i will try to walk you thru a solution. Roger
