If you are not aware of it, you will need spacers to use the 354 heads on a 392 block. The 392 is a taller deck motor and the 392 heads were made wider so the same intakes could be used. As far as the water outlets, the 54 and earlier engines had the water passages and thermostat provisions in the intake manifolds. I sold a 4 BBL version of this manifold about a year ago, so I know they exist. Every once in a while either a stock cast iron version or aftermarket versions show up on E Bay.
