I know. My wide whites are radials. And they handle much better than the bias plys they replaced. I was just noting that Coker Tires makes wide white radials. I would never use bias plys on daily driver. There is no comparison to radials. :-) I've heard stories that some older rims crack or distort from radial use, but I've never known that to happen to anyone I know. And I know lots of people who drive with radials on forty year old cars.
