Frank.... thanks for the explanation of extrude honing etc. Also the word of caution is much appreciated. Please excuse my next dumb question: did that Mopar Muscle article address Spitfire headers generally, or the ones for the poly specifically? I have seen a picture of the Spitfire poly headers that makes them appear not much different to the cast manifold. I know that any effects must be internal and that a picture can't show that, but it's still difficult to imagine that such a compact and relatively angular design will aid flow dramatically.
