Read through the archived discussions, this is a topic that has been discussed over and over. There's some pretty comprehensive instructions on what to use and how to do it. If your capable of doing the work yourself, and can find GOOD doner parts (or car) cheap enough, then you can save money by doing this. If your having someone else do the work, you'll be further ahead by just buying the AAJ basic kit and shopping around for rotors and calipers. I've done several of these Disc brake conversions on customers cars prior to AAJ releasing their kit. What you "save" by buying stock pieces for the conversion is quickly used up (and more) by additional shop labor to properly install them.
