I agree with Brian. I know Mopar made these drums with studs because a friend found me a pair in a Washington State salvage yard. They were on a '59 Plymouth four door sedan. They appear identical to my '59 wagon's original drums, except for the studs in place of bolt holes. I am assuming they were originally on an early '60s Mopar, but I can't say for sure. But there must be more of these drums out there.
