They hide their customer service phone number, then if you do find it, the person doesn't know anything anyway. I jumped through the strange hoops to fix my account, but it took two weeks. I may stop using them completely. At the very least I'm going to use them only when a seller requests it. I learned a lot from www.pay-pal.com (with the hyphen), although a little too late. (Webmaster - apologies for not including my personal info this time)
