In addition to WD40 and letting it set a bit. A use of a Flared nut cresent wrench is best! Flared nut wrench is great because it grips the nut equally. This tends not to strip the outside of the nut collar. Worse comes to worse, a little bit of heat will knock it out also. But it must be localized(heat) You don't want to burn up the car. Good Luck!
