My '58 Fury s/n begins LP2L, which I think means it was made in L.A. Stands to reason, since the history I was given was that it was brought to St. Louis by a seminary stundent from SoCal. The guy I bought it from also noted that there were slight variences in the color gold used on the air cleaners from the various assembly plants. Brian
