I have Kanters all the way around my '59 and find them satisfactory, though a bit pricey. A friend of mine just put four Gabriel gas shocks on his '52 Dodge pick up. They are great! Has anybody here matched up any gas shocks for Forward Look cars? I have gas shocks on my '66 Chevy truck & my '59 Impala. They seem to make a positive difference, especially on rough roads. But again, my Brand C vehicles use those awful coil springs at all four wheels instead of the superior front torsion bar/ rear leaf set up our Mopars use.
