Saw a set of "poly" header flanges on Ebay a while back. So we know SOMEBODY made them! Might keep an eye out for them again, since I don't think they sold. I think you are into having to fabricate anyway, so maybe someone could cut some flanges out of 3/8" plate for you using the exhaust gasket as a template?
