My '60 wagon's lack of same is very disappointing to some people! One guy was all excited and thought my floorshift was a NASCAR-spec piece ("like Lee Petty's 1960 Plymouth"),and to be fair I did use a plain shifter ball (no gear pattern to give away it's a 4-speed) to look more 'period'.
