The Volare/Aspen subframes are finding their way under a number of street rods and pickup trucks. I've done one of these on a 52 Ford F1 and have another set aside for a 54 Studebaker Pickup/ Early Hemi project. Compared to the Mustang II approach, the chrysler set up wins hand down. Personally, I prefer stock ride height in most cases, but to each his own.
