Boyd: There is currently a fan shroud on ebay under the '57 DeSoto section. Also, I just read in a recent issue of Hot Rod that many times the factory mechanical fan is set back quite aways from the radiator. They said you could put a spacer between the fan and pully and bring the fan up to one inch from the radiator. Either or both should help your heating problems.
