Hi Paul. A 66 318 will NOT have a HP package. The set up you have is late 50s mybe early 60s but not likly. If you put it on a 66 it would 'look' right if you used AFBs. But a mild 318 will not take very much carburation, trust me Ive tryed it. Two 400s at the most. For street car dont put more than 262 degree cam, trust me. MOEs gone
