No one has one of THOSE ready-made, but there are many makers of 'billet' crankshafts (machined from raw billets to custom specs) who could make such a crank easily. This crank would be easy as far as a 'billet' crank goes because it would be a clone of the Mopar 4" stroke crank except for the 8-bolt flange at the end.
Your original crank could also be stroked with welded-in counterweights, but especially for a 4" stroke the billet crank would be easier.
