I have recently installed a factory 150 mph speedometer in my 1958 belvedere that had a 120 mph unit in it. The 150 works fine, but it is not calibrated correctly. I am running a 318 with 3 speed automatic. Can anyone suggest a way to solve this? Do I need to change the small gear inside the trans or something? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
