There are a number of shops around the country that specialize in custom Multi-Port fuel injection installations using modified carburetor manifolds with fuel rails and injectors installed. There's no ready-made MPFI for pre-1993 Mopar V8's so it will not be cheap. I know one guy who spent $4000 for custom MPFI for his big block '68 Fury. MPFI is better than carbs for sure,but $3-4K is a high cost-to-benefit ratio.
