Terry, Fortunatly my side panels were in good shape. They would be more difficult to repair becuase of the uncommon pattern of the surfaces. However, to achieve the shape I was told that a resin material could be applied to the back of the cardboard and the cardboard could be shaped using the old one as a pattern. Once the resin dries it will retain the desired shape. Good luck and I hope that will help you out.
