hi brian, if still no luck, what about trying some metal polish or a liquid metal cleaner, can youget hold of any autosol overthere if you soak the switc in it and it should take of the corrosion and oxidation then try working the switch a few times to clean the contacts, that`s the only other thing i can think of without taking it to bits? good luck paul.
