As Buddy points out, most A-body rears are the small 5x4 bolt pattern (vs. the standard 5x4½). A 73-76 V8 A-body rear with the large bolt pattern drums would be best. Many A-body owners have swapped larger B-body drums onto their rears, especially if they swappped in the '73-76 front discs with the 5x4½" bolt pattern. No reason why you couldn't do the same. (and larger drums are always good!)
