Ok,
Mitchel is Frank Mitchel out of Georgia. He had lots of NOS ones but recently i found out he had sold them all. Yes they cost me $1200 for a set of four. Most people wont pay that and if I asked more than that they would think I was crazy, that is why I dont bother to try and sell them. Yes other years did use wing guards, but as to the specifics I have no idea. I know the 57-58 PLy is the same, but for the rest no idea.
