I've been watching for a pair of fender-mounted rearview mirrors for my 1959 Fury. I have seen these "twin strut" mirrors on eBay lately, listed to fit 57-61 mopar. Were these used on the 59 Plymouth? My car is sans mirrors, but the literature I have shows a plain single strut on the mirror.
