According to the factory repair manual, and my own experience, you will need to get a piece of sheetmetal stock about 2 1/2 to 3" wide and 6" or so long. Cut a slot directly down the middle of the middle of the short side about 1 1/2" long and 1/4 to 1/2" wide. The slot should be slightly wider than the regulator post on the door. Then in the bottom of the slot, cut the steel and bend up about 1/8" of an inch. Now push the assembly behind the lever. There is a plate in the back of the handle you want to push into the back of the handle. This plate is spring steel, so it will not stay on it's own accord. Now pull the handle off the regulator post. WD-40 and brute strength also helped. The first one will be hardest. But once you have it off, you can see how it goes on and how to get the rest off faster. Seems hard, but it is cheaper than new door panels.
