--Butch. Here is my 64 sport fury,, survivor car, black with red, yes the dash has a little brown in compared to steering column which match the rest of the dash, and it is a flat sheen, yet it is 55 year plus paint, so there is a age factor. Even if its always been garaged.John Wask.... PS picture taken from inside garage

I hope this is the last question I have on paint. Would the metal part of the dash be "majestic red"? Glove box, cigarette lighter area? The dash in both my cars doesn't look like Ruby Red. Thanks all./Butch

Yes, Mosher was the name I was trying to pull up. I think the color chart tells me what I need to know. Thanks Don./Butch

Are you thinking of Bob Mosher in CA? He does a lot of 62-65. I not got a warm a fuzzy feeling from my one transaction with him.

It might be that Dodge Derby Red. I sent inquiries to Graveyard Carz, West Coast Body and Paint, and Hodge Restorations. Told them I'm willing to pay for a copy of the interior paint code chart for my car. If I have any luck, I'll post it. Trying to think of the name of the former drag racer who does mopar restorations, something like a 3 year waiting list...California somewhere I think. On Sunday, May 16, 2021 at 6:16:22 PM UTC-7 Bubba wrote:
I read it as Derby Red - 71390. It is a little easier under the Dart listing for the same color.

It is likely 1964 Plymouths and Dodges both used "Derby Red" in this case. Here is a paint chart for 1964 Dodges that
detail where "Derby Red" was used.

I don't know if the "Derby Red" Ditzler paint code number is still valid; or also even if the printout reads 71300 or
71390, as it's hard to tell on the scanned document.
Thanks,
