Seems I recall reading that it should work since both Mopars used drum brakes. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Should be able to find one in a junkyard.

Or one guy claims "if the junction block has no restrictions inside it, so I can get away with
interchanging the front and rear connections" -- see photos and safety warning here:

Proportioning valve is for the disc / drum dual master swap isn't it?
