A while ago I talked to a guy at a place that renewed truck leaf springs and he said he could renew old leaf springs like 
'62 to '65s had but he would not guarantee that the springs would retain their reconditioning (i.e., revert back toward a 
straight line as opposed to an arch). 

ESPO Springs n Things is another place to call and tell them what type of height you want for the 1963 to have and they 
can make new ones for you. They are listed on the vendor's page:
