That 1962 Chrysler New Yorker is actually a Canadian 1962 Chrysler Saratoga.   The trim on the trunk lid was available only on the New Yorker in the U.S. but in Canada both the Windsor and Saratoga used that piece as well.  Side trim of the Saratoga was the same as the US Newport.   Original engine would be a 383. 

There is a 1962 Valiant parked next to the Olds.  Can only see one taillight.
