John Fowlie, Big M wreckers at Williams in CA, uses a personalised service to move cars around the country. I'm not sure if the crew cab would fit on the guy's trailer but it would be worth asking, I've used his services moving parts across the country when I've bought stuff people wouldn't ship.

His name is Leo Dickson, he uses these trips to keep himself busy in retirement and to see more of the country. His phone number is 602 509 7720, he lives near Phoenix but is often in that part of the country.
