I have a '64 Polara running a mild 440 and used Hedman Street Headers (part# 78030). They are probably the least expensive full length headers out there but with a few strategic dings they fit perfectly. No problem servicing the clutch and I'm using a mini starter so servicing that isn't as much of a problem as a full sized Mopar starter would be. I coated them and I'm very happy with the results. They're not race headers but much better than stock manifolds. Just another option for you to consider.

Hi group
I am going to be fitting a 440 in my 63 Dodge 440. I seem to have a choice regarding headers. Has anyone here used the Dougs D452 headers on a RB motor in the 63 B Body? Looks like they are supposed to fit but am interested in feedback on any issues.
Thanks
Simon
