It looks that way. But it was a three day event and this video was taken on Friday, the first day, that typically has the lowest attendance numbers. The local 1/4 mile track around here has similar visual results (more seats than people) except when they host a national event, when the stands are then full. Only the show staff would know if the 2019 Monster Mopar event was a success financially. 2019 was the 7th annual holding of the event, so it seems it at least breaks even. My 2c. P.S., all Mopar events have a lower crowd number, in general.
