Just got back from the body shop. We put butyl caulk in the bottom of the trough below the rear glass to seal the bottom and fill up the depression. What were the designers thinking when they came up with this wonderful sedan feature? Taking the car to the Red Barns show tomorrow so anyone else going please look me up. Thanks.

I'd look carefully to see if there are rust pin holes where the water is coming through, under the window gasket.
