Re: Carlisle Get Together

There was a report that 2800 cars were registered. The interesting observation was that the cars hung around later on Friday and Saturday. Might have been that the heat with the lower humidity and a little wind was tolerable. This is the best show in spite of no drag strip (and I'm a drag racer)

I did have three 62-65 member stop by the Mopar Mailing List tent. Next year I hope we can do better. I plan to set up a little area just for them since we have a large area. Hopefully, they can register their cars with the Mopar Mailing List to get a larger tent and better serving area for dinner for both groups. The BBQ went off without a hitch and is a delicious meal. Good opportunity for the group to socialize around dinner time and still leave time for a dip in the pool later.
