Hi Gary,

From what I have -

B - Plant (Don't list a transmission plant B)

2408 004 - Part number - A727, for 1963 Plymouth and Dodge with A block engine.

0368 - Built on July 31, 1962

507 - 507th transmission built on day 0368.

Don't know what B plant is for transmssions. Torqueflite and Powerflite units were built at Kokomo, Indiana.
