Subject: My wagon

Hello ’62-’65 list..........

Thinking about selling the wagon - thought to offer it to the list first - like any of you need another MoPar.

Hate to - but just downsizing prior to retirement.  Let me know if interested - or know anyone who would be.  Seattle/Tacoma area.

Many list members have seen my posts, and know the work she has seen under my watch.

Best,

Ric

$15,000 firm.  Ad draft so far:

1962 Dodge Dart station wagon, 94,000 original miles.

Very detailed records - some of the highlights:

Mechanical:

318 Poly - Professionally rebuilt in 2015 by Bud’s in Lakewood @ 90,600 miles.

.030 Over - mild cam - 4bbl - MSD electronic distributor - spin-on oil filter.

Aluminum Radiator, Desert Cooler by U.S. Radiator - FlowKooler water pump.

Push button automatic - Aluminum case A-727 Torqueflite.  New open driveline conversion.

New dual exhaust - Flowmaster 40 delta flow - heat riser delete.  Northstar AGM battery, 2018.

Suspension rebuilt all new including torsion bars and rear springs.

New American Racing wheels and Radial TA’s.

Wilwood front disc brakes, SS lines.  Rear drum brakes converted to ’65 removable drums.

Body:

Full custom upholstery by Jake Corbin Custom Upholstery, Marysville 2018.

New floorboards, carpet, door, window & tailgate seals.

New windshield professionally installed, new seal & trim clips - tinted & shaded.  Rear qtr windows reset with new seals.

New pearl white urethane on roof.

Rechromed front & rear bumpers - inside windshield trim - inside door/window handles - inside day/night rearview mirror arm.  By Show Quality Metal Finishing in Seattle.

My grandparents bought this car in 1969 - I began the rebuild in 2012.  Spent its life in Malden, a little town close to Spokane.  Starts, runs, sounds and drives better than new.  List of new installed parts much longer than the highlights shown above.  Also many tough to find wagon specific NOS, original and new spare parts will be included.  Mint spare grille and full surround trim, side body trim, tail lights etc.  Mopar specialty tools etc.

I have NEVER seen another ’62 Dart wagon in person, not even at the annual August all MoPar show in Graham.  She won “Best Unfinished” there in 2013 even prior to much of the work listed.  People just love the old station wagons.

Price is firm - no trades - downsizing prior to retirement.
